How to get up early in the morning?

You might have something important to do in the morning..let's say your final exam is going to start after two months and you want to give more time that you can only in the morning for study from today. You may being late in your class. You may want to do exercise or remember that hardest chapter or simply enjoy the the most fresh part of the day before start of the hustle and bustle of every day.

The energy and peace of mind that we have in the morning are incomparable to during other part of the day. Early morning simply is something that no one should miss to enjoy! But you might not have been able to get up early in the morning. Here are some ideas:

Early to bed...

As said by Banjamin Franklin that early to bed and early to rise makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise, having required sleep will give us the energy that is vital for other daily activities and well-being as well.

While I was young, I remember my parents instructing me to go to bed early so that I could get up early the next day to study in the morning. They must have known the benefits of having good amount of sleep. Whatever you may try, it for sure will be difficult for you to get up early if you don't have enough sleep of course with exception for some days!

Let's do it slowly

Suppose you get up at 8 am and want to get up at 5 am. If you try to get up at 5 am from the very next day, then it might be difficult for you because you don’t have habit of getting up at that time and even if you do, there are chances that that day may become the most boring day. Let’s try this schedule:

          1st Week: 7:45 am

          2nd Week: 7:15 am

          3rd Week: 6:30 am

          4th Week 5:30 am and so on

Did you remember how we are increasing the time difference every week? This is just example only and it’d be better that you practice your own time plan that is suitable and practical for you.

Let somebody (else) wake you up

Alarm is great helper. But there is one problem that many of us face regarding alarm. The problem of course is not the alarm itself…it is how we use it sometime. We set alarm at certain time. In the morning when it rings we wait for the next ring. You will be notified again but will wait for next ring this time also.

Most of all have mobile phones these days and there are almost all of them with alarm. We can set multiple alarms on many of them but wait for the next alarm and interval to get us up! But, when actually we get up, it might have become very late. If this is the case, then as far as possible asking somebody else who gets up earlier than you to wake you up when the alarm rings may help you at least for some time when you are not usual at getting on your own.

Have something to do in the morning

If there is something that you must do in the morning then you are most likely to get up at the right time.
