Feeling low? In bad mood?
At times, we feel really bad for one or another reason and our mood starts to swing. We may start to feel unhappy, anxious and stressed. In today's fast moving world, we have so many things to do and do not have time to rest for long time.
Sometime, we need to be fit and healthy all the time! In this kind of situation, in case of bad mood, here are six simple to do and practical ways to kick that (bad) mood right now.
1. Just laugh - Someone said that laughter is the best medicine! Watch your favorite comedy show or movie. Nowadays, many of these shows are available on the Internet. One of my favorite is Just for laughs. (Some) superb comedies!
2. Socialize - Call your close friends with whom you can share your time with. Crack jokes, share funny stories or memories.
3. Back to nature - Go to nearby park or garden. Simply walk for some time. See those beautiful flowers. Listen to that chirp of birds. Feel the breeze.
4. Drink... - Drink a cup of coffee or tea at your favorite restaurant of cafe. Simply having a glass of cold water will help you to freshen your mood.
5. Listen to music - Music can be the powerful mood uplifter. Listen to your favorite music and enjoy every beat of that song.
6. Positive reminders - When you are in bad mood, think of five or ten good things about you and your life. The next time you feel low, read those lines again and feel the difference!
