Positive ways to start a day

It is said that the day until 9 or 10 am in the morning is day throughout that day! I mean, if we managed to remain positive and calm until about 9 or 10 am, then the whole day will be great. Otherwise, negative start of the day will be followed by similar things. This seems to be true in many cases with some exceptions of course.

Start of the day in positive way will keep us energetic and motivated throughout the day enabling us to stay focused, interested and concentrated on any work. We enjoy the day whatever may come! This will lead us to increased personal, work and social performance.

Here are some ideas to start any day in great and positive way

Meditation

Meditation or prayer for sometime in the morning channelizes our energy and thought in organized and balanced way all the day long helping our mind and body stay concentrated and focused.

Yoga/exercise

Yoga or exercise for sometime in the morning help us to stay healthy and fit. Even walking in the fresh environment in the morning for 30 minutes or other simple exercise relaxes our body and mind and help us stay energetic during the day.

Inspirational reminders

Observe your favorite inspirational things. Read the quote or story or article that you find inspirational. Listen to your favorite inspirational song. Watch that motivational program on TV. Do whatever you love doing and enjoy  is/are inspirational and motivates you.

Love the person you are

Thank God for the person you are and what you have. Affirmative self talk makes you feel good about yourself empowered with positive energies.

Preminder of the day

If you know what to do during the day and have planned to-do list, you will do everything in organized fashion. Since you know the order, you will save the valuable time and energy. Sometime bad performance of one action may effect other important actions because of lack of simple planning.

Forget that argument with your spouse, bad comment someone passed on you or any other negative things. Remember only good things happening with you. Welcome another great day with powerful smile. Make any day the best and most memorable day with the power of smile. Have a great day!
